Logiciel pour le lever et la documentation
The software can be used anywhere measurement data is extracted from laser scans. Areas for application include:
VirtuSurv is kubit’s standalone software for working with highly visual laser scan data. The program supports the import, export and display of numerous structured scan data formats and has interfaces for both CAD and Windows based programs. This flexible platform makes the use of laser scans easy and more accessible for everyone.
VirtuSurv’s measured coordinates and distances can be transferred directly to any Windows based dialogue. This means, the laser scan information can essentially be sent to all CAD programs. In addition, Excel tables, databases or forms from different applications can be filled with measured data, independent of CAD.
VirtuSurv can pass coordinates and complete chains of commands to AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT. It is possible to evaluate laser scans within AutoCAD without having to process the large, complicated and sometimes slow data sets. While measuring and clicking the desired points within VirtuSurv, the drawing is simultaneously drawn in CAD. Loading data – even very large scans – is done extremely fast in VirtuSurv.
High resolution views make it possible for the user to navigate intuitively, recognize needed objects and easily survey them within the familiar photo-like view of the scans.
VirtuSurv can combine scans from various scanners registered within the same coordinate system. Independent of the scanner type, data from different manufacturers can be combined within one project. Within these VirtuSurv projects it is also possible to measure across the edges of a single scan.
VirtuSurv provides macros which can control the actions of external programs from within the VirtuSurv interface. This considerably speeds up the user’s evaluation of scan data and makes it no longer necessary for a user to switch between VirtuSurv and the target application. Experienced users may adapt the macros at will and create new macros in order to optimize their workflow. According to the linked software either CAD contents are generated or forms are filled in the background.
With the ”Create Field Book” option, VirtuSurv adapts to the familiar procedures for traditional surveyors. This addresses users who have, up to now, measured their objects using a total station and codes, to generate a finished drawing upon import of collected data to CAD. The traditional surveyor may now use laser scan data in order to create his coded point lists, into a customizable field book.
